The villa comprises two distinct sections. The main structure features a ground floor designed as a single open-concept volume with a master-suite above. This space includes a bright open kitchen with access to the terrace, interior dining area, and a living room with a ten-seat modular lounge that overlooks the pool, garden and sea. The architecture boasts eight-metre ceilings with sliding glass doors that retract into the walls, seamlessly integrating the terrace, pool, and garden into the living area. The upper level is occupied entirely by the master suite, featuring a private balcony with views overlooking the pool, gardens and the sea.

A further single-storey structure wraps around the right side of the pool, housing five additional en-suite bedrooms and a massage room. All five ground floor rooms offer direct access to the pool area.

The bedroom at the far end of the wing features dual-aspect sliding doors offering access to both the pool and the garden, with the sea visible beyond. For maximum flexibility, each room in this wing is furnished with twin beds that can be joined together to form generous doubles.

The expansive exterior pool area is the heart of the property. At the centre sits a twenty-five meter heated pool, elegantly framed by expansive travertine stone terraces, wide enough for long lunches in the shade and quiet afternoons lounging in the sun.
The exterior living space is anchored by a stately palm tree, offering shade to the exterior lounge beneath. To provide additional comfort during the peak of the Mediterranean heat, broad parasols are positioned throughout the terrace providing shelter to the eleven sunbeds that surround the pool.

The villa’s two staff accommodation are located behind the hedge on the western edge of the grounds, and are entirely cut off from the rest of the house.
