Etoile du Nord West Wing is a six-bedroom chalet in central Val d’Isère, located in the Petite Alaska neighbourhood, just a short walk from the village centre and ski lifts. It is one of two chalets forming the Etoile du Nord property, accessible via private entrance and connected by lift to all floors. Launched in 2023, the West Wing covers 700 square metres and offers a clear layout across five levels. Living spaces are functional and calm, with full-height windows, open-plan architecture, and natural light throughout. The main floor holds the primary social areas: lounge, dining, and kitchen arranged in one connected space. Seating for sixteen, a large fireplace, and direct access to a panoramic terrace make this level ideal for hosting as much as for quiet evenings. The kitchen includes a large island and direct views of the living room, allowing informal service or interaction with a private chef.

The wellness floor is located below, with a spa that includes a sauna, steam room, and massage treatment area. The pool is heated, with both a deep end and a shallow jacuzzi zone. Three en-suite bedrooms are located on this level. Two are fixed doubles. One can be set up as a twin or double and includes a separate bathtub. All bathrooms are finished in stone with walk-in showers and clean, minimal, ultra-modern fittings. On the lower level, two further bedrooms are found, one double and one bunk room. The bunk room has no windows and shares a nearby bathroom. This floor also includes the cinema and games room, which can be closed off via a sliding partition. The space includes a large television, bar, pool table, table tennis, and a window with underwater views into the pool.

The top floor is reserved for the master suite. It includes a study, sitting area, private balcony, and outdoor hot tub. The en-suite bathroom is finished entirely in marble with a free-standing tub, rain shower, and brushed metal fittings. The basement level houses a private gym, ski and boot room, and direct access to the underground garage. Two private parking spaces are included. An elevator serves every floor (but the top floor).
